The Great Frame Up is part of the $35 billion dollar home décor industry. We develop stores from 1,200 to 1,600 square feet in upscale urban and suburban shopping centers, strip centers and lifestyle centers. We assist qualified prospects with site selection, financing and a complete support system for construction, opening and marketing prior to opening. Description of Training Process:

Our training program is 10 consecutive days of classroom and hands on technical training in our St. Louis training center. Classes begin on Tuesdays and conclude the following Thursday. In addition a new store specialist will continue training in the store for 4 to 5 days during the opening. Continuation training is delivered constantly through our operations teams in the stores, and during area, regional and national meetings.
