The first cup of Bearclaw coffee was served from a small log cabin in a cornfield near Ann Arbor Michigan. The idea, then and now, was to make customers feel like family with hot coffee and big smiles. Well, the family has grown….a lot!  Now customers can enjoy a signature blend of Bearclaw coffee at home, zipping through a drive-thru, relaxing a sit-down café, walking out of the office to a mobile coffee truck or at a personalized catered party. The Bearclaw Coffee Company is growing fast. We receive requests for franchise information every day. An exciting franchise program is in place, backed by a passionate group of dedicated professionals and marketing specialists. Description of Training Process:

The Bearclaw Coffee Company provides new franchisees with recipe books, training manuals, hiring templates, operations manuals and 24/7 support. In addition, 5 days of on-site classroom training is provided along with 5 additional days of on-site assistance. A training video and exam is provided which is comprehensive in scope. Additionally each new franchisee has an opportunity to mentor for 2 weeks with an existing location.


Franchisee Qualifications:

A franchisee candidate must be willing to work long hours and possess a very positive outlook on life. Customer service experience is helpful but not required. A franchisee must also be able to financially afford the opportunity.
