Description of Training process:

Our comprehensive training program propels you forward, whether you have prior flooring experience or not. We take pride in our proprietary business system materials and in our intense educational training course. This course is held at "Carpet Network College" in Mount Laurel, NJ, and provides you with our decades of experience in the carpet, flooring and window treatment industries. Training encompasses our In-Home Technology Program, product knowledge, marketing, sales, operations and much more. After completion, you will follow our supervised plan to ensure a smooth start to your business. Additional training is provided as your business grows and as new product lines are added.  Webinars, regional meetings and annual conventions are additional tools to keep our owners up to date.
