Description of Training Process:
Training is hands-on and classroom for two weeks in a certified training store and then is followed up with one week of one on one training by a mentor in their store. Prior to opening there is an additional 2 to 3 days of training on-site, the opening training, and 5 follow up training visits the first year.
Franchisee Qualifications:
Sales, Marketing, Business, Human Resource, Teaching or Management backgrounds are preferred. Need to have a minimum net worth of $200,000, with minimum $50,000 liquid assets, and a credit score of 650.
