Description of Training process:

Salad University is an intense 12 days at our corporate headquarters in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Training involves classroom, in store, and psychological training, followed by 1 week at your location.

Franchisee Qualifications:

We seek high energy and highly motivated people that want to grow with us as a team, multi unit franchisees are preferred. Restaurant or management experience is desirable.
