Description of Training process: 

An extensive initial 5 day training at Headquarters and off-site.  Before the initial training in Long Beach, CA, you will be sent a package with pre-training materials including manuals, DVD’s and books to review in order to get you familiar with interior plantscaping.  Training will consist of, but not limited to, study materials on plant identification and proper care, hands-on lessons, nursery tours, business training and review of the expansive Operations Manual.

Franchisee Qualifications

Growing Roots is seeking highly motivated individuals who have a positive attitude, strong work ethics, and integrity and honesty as their core values.  Only applicants that demonstrate such qualities will be considered as a candidate to join our team.  Our qualification process will determine if you are the right candidate for a Growing Roots franchise. A Growing Roots Franchisee must be willing to build business relationships through networking, have good organizational and management skills and dedicate themselves to building their business.  Success does not happen overnight, so hard work and determination is key to any successful business.  A potential Franchisee does not need a horticultural background to own the franchise.
