Description of Training process
Your training will consist of 5 days book and hands-on instruction for you and two of your associates. The training will be given by experienced personnel at our corporate headquarters in southern California. During this time, you will learn all the facets required to successfully operate your business. You will be taught everything from basic operations, qualifying contractors, hiring employees, rate negotiations and our proprietary, state-of-the-art referral software.
